COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
Being that there are many videographers in the Knoxville area, we wanted to take a moment to offer our competitive advantage. Over a decade ago I went into commission sales as a career option--believe it or not, that offers something worthwhile to not only small businesses but to Brides and Grooms as well. Let me clarify. My general personality is easy-going and not pushy. I went into a style of sales where I only got paid if I successfully made a sale. Not only did I excel but I did so with rave reviews from my clients saying that I operated more as a guide who offered options versus a fast-talking pitchman. My low-key sales style not only provided a living but referrals from my clients due to the fact that I allowed them to be themselves.
If you hire me for a wedding what will I be selling for you? Well, have you ever showed someone a video, be it a vacation video, viral funny clip, etc., and after a few moments you got antsy and felt compelled to skip forward in the video? "Sorry, it takes a while to get to the funny part, let's skip this part." That awkward feeling that you are asking someone to watch something that is too dry is uncomfortable--so let's sidestep that together. When I film for you each shot will not only capture your day but it'll be done in such a way that it flows. It will be fun. Each shot will have a reason for being there. If you're paying for a video you should be proud and comfortable showing it--the WHOLE thing! For small business owners and political groups, the benefit is evident. A shot can be beautiful. But you aren't spending money just to have beautiful shots. The video has a job to do! Each shot and sound should be something that brings the viewer to a place where they can decide if they would like to purchase your product or learn more about your candidate. A pretty video that's ineffective at moving the viewer to an action step isn't worth much. Your viewers need to "buy-in" to what you're showing them. And not only should they buy in but they should be happy while they do it. That's what I offer. More than video--video that does its job. |
